Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Welcome to The Baseball Briefing. By accessing or using our website, dashboard, daily briefings, or any other services we provide (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.
1. What We Provide
The Baseball Briefing is a sports data analytics service. We aggregate publicly available statistical data from sources including the MLB Stats API and present it in a consolidated daily report format. Our reports include statistical analysis, historical batter-vs-pitcher matchup data, park and weather conditions, hit streak tracking, home run probability estimates, a “100% Hit Rate” projection view, L5 and L10 rolling game-log windows for stat trends, and confidence-tiered observations.
This is important — please read carefully:
The Baseball Briefing is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We are not a licensed gambling operator, bookmaker, or financial advisor. Nothing in our reports, dashboard, or social media posts constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we make reasonable efforts to present accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or content provided through the Service. Statistical data is sourced from third-party APIs and public sources that may contain errors, delays, or omissions.
Lineup changes, injuries, weather shifts, and other late-breaking developments may not be reflected in our reports. It is your responsibility to independently verify any information before making decisions based on it.
We expressly disclaim any and all liability for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data we present.
3. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from The Baseball Briefing.
If you choose to place bets, you do so entirely at your own risk. We have no involvement in, and accept no responsibility for, any wager you place, any sportsbook you use, or any outcome that results from your betting activity.
You acknowledge that sports betting involves significant risk of financial loss and that past statistical patterns do not guarantee future results.
4. No Liability for Losses
Under no circumstances shall The Baseball Briefing, its owners, operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity.
This limitation applies regardless of whether such losses result from errors in our data, delays in delivery, technical failures, or any other aspect of the Service.
5. Age and Legal Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports analytics content is permitted.
If you choose to engage in sports betting, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal and that you comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
6. Responsible Gambling
We take responsible gambling seriously. If you choose to bet on sports, please do so responsibly. Set limits for yourself, never wager more than you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.
Warning signs that gambling may be becoming a problem include betting more than you can afford, borrowing money to gamble, feeling anxious or irritable when not gambling, neglecting responsibilities, and lying about your gambling activity.

After 14 days or upon first dashboard access, Full Season payments are non-refundable. To request a cancellation or refund, contact support@thebaseballbriefing.com.
10. Service Availability
We aim to deliver the daily briefing every morning by 8 AM ET on MLB game days. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Delays, outages, and technical issues may occur. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the Service being unavailable or delayed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any arbitration shall take place in the State of New Jersey. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
13. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
